The Draught Horse needed a brand overhaul that would position them at a level where they could compete with the national chain restaurants that were moving into Philadelphia, PA. In addition, their logo and marketing materials needed to communicate the level of quality and service that matched the customer experience. From menus, flyers, table tents, reward cards, posters, banners, staff shirts and signage to website, online marketing and social media, MIP delivered a new brand identity to the Draught Horse that increased their exposure and left customers asking if the restaurant is a national chain.
