Through an extensive audit of the current brand identity and messaging, it was clear that something was missing from The Club At Diamond Beach. This truth fueled an effort to define the “experience” across every facet of the seasonal bar + restaurant including operations and marketing. The key to success was in identifying the areas that set the private membership beach club apart.
We had to shift the team’s thinking and vocabulary. The first step was creating a tagline “Beach + Bar + Eats.” This put necessary emphasis on the socialization of the experience as a primary driver enabling patrons to easily categorize the time and place for The Club At Diamond Beach. These shifts help set a path for a verbal identity that was robust and inspiring to continue to grow with the brand.
